Concept
With its strategic location within a permanently intellectual district, I have decided to adaptively reuse the national hotel, providing a public library, reading lounges, projection area and exhibition spaces. The idea is to keep the space as interact as possible, yet provide opportunities for using it through building a pavilion, attracting people.
